Design
I solicited the feedback from the CS team to gather the thought about the customer experience. Working together with PMs to finalized the user flow diagram that matches the user needs. Then I wireframed each step and walk through user flows with PMs and developers.

Usability Testing
I generated high-quality mockups from Sketch and created prototypes on inVision for upcoming usability testing. The main mission is to observe the user's behavior and feedback for the contact screen.

What's next?
The project is still in progress now. The biggest challenge for me is seamlessly collaborating with the overseas India engineering team to make sure everything is on the right track. Sometimes we need to sacrifice our time after work, but we all believe it's worthy and can't wait to see the final product be released!
